The company and the star pilot have entered the 14th consecutive year of partnership.

For the fourteenth consecutive year, EKO Bulgaria will be the general sponsor of the most successful track motorcycle racer in Bulgaria, Martin Choy. The renewed collaboration continues one of the most remarkable and long-term partnerships in the national sport history. The company will support the top racer and his team for the upcoming 18 starts at the Republican, BMU EURO CHAMPIONSHIP and World Championships (EWC).

Martin Choy (EKO BMW MS 77 Racing Team) will kick off this year's racing season on April 13 with two rounds at the BMU European Championship on the circuit in Serres, Greece. Immediately after, he will leave for his eighth consecutive participation in the legendary race "24 Hours of Le Mans". In this year's World Endurance Championship, Choi will compete for a new team - Maco Racing in the Superbike class.

Martin Choy is the most successful Bulgarian motorcyclist with a record 31 championship titles and our only representative in the World Endurance Championship. In 2023, Choy won the track championship cup by defeating the competition in the Superbike 1000 class and triumphed as the winner of the BMU European Championship.

"The championship titles are the result of a lot of individual work and teamwork. Behind every success are shared goals and great support for their achievement. I thank EKO Bulgaria for giving me the power for victory and the opportunity to make my dreams come true for already 14 years!”, shared Martin Choi.

As a long-term ambassador of EКO Bulgaria, Martin Choy supports the company's socially responsible initiatives related to road safety and young drivers. This year will be the twelfth edition of the EКO Motorcycle School, where Choy conducts professional training for motorcyclists and enthusiasts from all over the country. The star racer is also the face of the "Call when you arrive" campaign, which aims to increase the responsibility of all road users and stimulate compliance with the rules.

“We are happy to continue our partnership with Martin Choi because we have achieved a lot together over the years. Through this cooperation, we support Bulgarian sports and invest in society. We will continue to do so, following our corporate values and our long-term commitment to the country," said Executive Director of EКO Bulgaria – Andreas Triantopoulos.

During the signing of the contract, Martin Choy shared that he is already seriously preparing for the upcoming starts of the new season and is setting himself even higher goals than before.
