SELF-SERVICE TERMINAL INSTRUCTIONS

Cash 

  1.  Insert banknotes or coins one at a time. After each, wait for the pink light before inserting the next.
  2.  If you have an EKO Smile card, scan it on the "Discount Card" or Partner Card reader.
  3.  Fuel the desired amount.
With a Bank Card
  1.  Select the amount to fuel.
  2.  If you have an EKO Smile card, scan it on the "Discount Card" or "Partner Card" reader.
  3.  Scan your bank card on the "Bank Cards" reader or insert it into the "Bank Cards" slot.
  4.  Fuel the desired amount.
  5. For an invoice, after confirmation, press "Yes" and enter your company ID number (BULSTAT).

With a Corporate Card
  1. Insert the partner card into the Partner Card slot.
  2. Enter and confirm the PIN.
  3. Fuel the desired amount.

ATTENTION!!!

The terminal does not provide cash change!
The self-service terminal accepts coins of 10, 20, 50 stotinki, and 1, 2 BGN, as well as banknotes of
10, 20, 50, and 100 BGN.
  • If the entered amount matches the desired fuel amount, the pump will automatically stop once the entered amount is reached.
  • If the entered amount exceeds the desired fuel amount, the terminal will issue the change in the form of a fuel voucher.
The voucher is valid for up to 6 months after issuance and can only be used at the same location.
When prepaying with a BANK CARD, if fueling is completed before the set amount, the remaining
balance is automatically refunded to the customer's account.
