Brand Marketing Specialist

The company is looking for an ambitious Brand Marketing Specialist keen to pursue a career in a multinational organisation. The person will report to the Marketing Manager of the company and will be part of a team of professionals responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy in the company.   

 

Main responsibilities:


  • Participate in developing a corporate marketing strategy and plans to attain business objectives;
  • Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns;
  • Guarantee the consistency of the brand communication and visual identity across all channels and categories;
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns in terms of ROI and KPIs;
  • Propose new brand initiatives and generate fact-based business presentations to support new ideas;
  • Lead development of creative briefs for product categories, services and brand programs;
  • Manage all ATL, BTL & POS materials from development and creation to their implementation;
  • Monitor, control and coordinate the approved budget;
  • Assist in choosing vendors and serve as a point of contact: creative, digital, BTL and PR agencies, media buying agencies, and printing houses;
  • Prepare and communicate market and consumer analyses, weekly reports, monthly statistics, yearly based and ad hoc surveys;
  • Track competitors, report on their characteristics and strategic moves;
  • Follow, monitor and propose improvements to align marketing activities with sales team activities;
  • Oversee company social media activities and interactions, work with the digital agency to implement the digital communication plan and ensure the timely response to all comments and messages;
  • Develop and implement sustainable CSR initiatives;
  • Participate in the organization of internal and external company events and initiatives;
  • Effectively collaborate with the other departments for the successful implementation of all planned activities.


In respect of the ideal candidate profile:


  • University Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Communication;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position (experience as Marketing Specialist in a large corporation would be considered a plus);
  • Ability to successfully run marketing campaigns;
  • Knowledge of integrated marketing communications;
  • Understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods;
  • Understanding of media buying and media planning processes, metrics and analysis;
  • Understanding of social media and web analytics;
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing techniques;
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Creativity and commercial awareness;
  • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
