EKO Bulgaria has been supportingyouth in Pravets and Vidrare for 11 years
29.12. 2025 -For the eleventh consecutive year, EKO Bulgaria has supported young people with disabilities from the protected homes in Pravets and Vidrare, celebrating Christmas together with them. In 2025, the company invested in facility renovations and heating fuel, ensuring safe, comfortable, and welcoming living conditions for all residents.
“This support has a real impact on ourpeople here – it improves their living environment and gives them a sense of security and care,” says Evgeni Dimitrov, Director of the homes. “What matters most, however, is the continuity and the human connection – the fact that EKO Bulgaria stands by us not just once, but year after year.”
The company team also upheld its long-standing tradition by visiting the homes in the days leading up to the holidays, celebrating together with the young people and sharing home-cooked food—creating meaningful moments and lasting positive memories.
“For us, this is not just an initiative – it is friendship,”says Irena Todorova, marketing manager at EKO Bulgaria.“Our colleagues are so cherished there that every year they receive personal invitations for birthdays and special occasions from the young people themselves”
