EKO Bulgaria is an international company in the petroleum sector in the field of trade in fuels and FMCG. The Company distributes its products and offers its services through a network of more than 99 petrol stations, using the EKO trademark. Following its rapid growth and business development plan, the company is looking for a partner to take over the management of two of its sites located in the eastern part of the Sofia district.
BUSINESS PARTNER FOR PETROL STATION
Sofia Area located
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management process of the petrol station;
Manage, supervise and coordinates day-to-day operation work of employees;
Manage organization and implementation of onboarding and ongoing training for employees;
Responsible for all assets on the territory of the petrol station;
Follows and maintains the company policies and procedures and is especially committed to those relating to employees’ health and safety;
On a daily basis, pursue the set goals to increase sales and improve the quality of service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in trade and retail sales;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure;
Management and leadership skills and experience;
Registered own company;
Bank guarantee of BGN 15,000;
University diploma;
English language is an advantage;
MS Office / Excel, Word, Outlook.
