ЕKO Bulgaria has completed the renovations at residential care home Vidrare

The renovation of „Saint Panteleimon“ residential care home in the village of Vidrare has
been completed in the beginning of August.
For a year now, the EKO Bulgaria team has been actively participating in the support for the
residential care homes in Pravets and Vidrare because this is a cause that the volunteers of
the team believe in and support as a personal mission.
The renovation included complete makeover of the kitchen areas, replacement of lighting
fixtures, wardrobes and storage cabinets, repair of the exterior facade and staircase and
other minor repairs to bring coziness and warmth to the residents of the home. Mr. Andreas
Triantopoulos personally inspected the implementation of the renovation, and representatives
from the municipality of Pravets gave a certificate of appreciation for the support of EKO
Bulgaria.
The modest celebration of the residents of the home and the volunteer from EKO continued
in the courtyard with joyful mood and smiles.
In September, the renovation of the residential care home in Pravets is expected to finish
before the colder seasons.
