EKO Bulgaria EAD is part of Hellenic Petroleum Group and operates in the fuel retail sector in the country. The company distributes its products and offers its services through a network of 91 petrol stations using the EKO trademark.
The company is looking for a Maintenance Officer/Engineer who will supervise and coordinate the technological (fuel) maintenance of its petrol stations.
Responsible for technological civil works/reconstructions and repairs;
Coordinate the fuel station‘s maintenance and small construction repairs;
Responsible for keeping all permits and documentation up to date;
Follow the daily service requests from the fuel stations;
Monitor and control the reaction time and the execution of repairs of the maintenance companies;
Review contractors’ projects and schedules;
Maintain the coordinated effort between different contractors;
Coordinate on site works performed by vendors ;
Ensure efficient maintenance schedules and review the repair cost estimates;
Implement safety policies and procedures for the department.
In respect of the ideal candidate profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in fuel technology engineering or related field;
3+ years’ experience in site development/construction and maintenance;
Deep knowledge of Bulgarian legislation and standards;
Basic knowledge of engineering, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems;
Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics;
Excellent level of written and spoken English and Bulgarian;
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (including MS Projects);
Ability to work with Auto Cad;
Communication skills- written and verbal;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively;
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
Analytical and problem solving skills - attention to details.
